Reer Robotics is expanding its presence in North America, and this founding-level leadership role will help shape how the U.S. grows. Based in Stafford, TX on-site, you will combine business development and public relations with operational leadership, compliance, and team building as the company establishes and scales U.S. operations.
This full-time opportunity includes a salary range of USD 71,864 to 100,000 per year and significant domestic travel to support market growth efforts. International travel to headquarters may also be required.

What you will do
Own U.S. brand awareness and market positioning for Reer Robotics across the United States. Lead the companyβs presence with industry stakeholders by representing Reer Robotics at major events, trade shows (including MODEX), and chambers of commerce to expand access to high-end industry resources.
Drive growth by leading and facilitating business negotiations with key early-stage accounts and strategic partners. Develop and execute the U.S. market growth strategy in alignment with global corporate goals, while keeping U.S. teams coordinated with global headquarters.
Manage operational requirements for local compliance, including office leasing, legal requirements, and optimization of service processes. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between U.S. branches and global headquarters.
Build the U.S. workforce by recruiting and assembling local high-performance teams across multiple sites. Handle day-to-day administrative operations, including performance evaluations using KPIs, and support professional development for the U.S. organization.
What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically within logistics or automation sectors.
- A proven track record scaling or building a business from 0 to 1, with prior startup experience highly preferred.
- Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English to support cross-functional communication.
- Strong cross-cultural leadership skills, with business acumen and public speaking ability.
- A mature professional network in the automation/robotics industry.
