Job Overview
The Wound Care Program Director collaborates with Wound Sync's administrative and physician executive teams, the center’s medical director, and the clinical nurse manager to ensure the center meets performance benchmarks and maintains resources for efficient operation. The role centers on executing broad educational and awareness strategies for the wound care and hyperbaric center, engaging community providers and ancillary organizations, and coordinating with hospital and clinical departments to promote comprehensive wound care services.
Responsibilities

- Communications and relationship building with internal teams and external partners
- Critical thinking and problem solving to support center operations
Duties
- Ensure adherence to the acuity-based scheduling template, daily clinic patient assignments, and staffing guidelines
- Serve as the liaison between Wound Sync and the community
- Manage all non-provider personnel within the center
- Develop an annual stakeholder education and informational plan
- Develop and maintain a community stakeholder relationship database and a systematic approach to identifying call cycles and new entrants
- Assist with content creation for educational and informational materials
- Present to community stakeholders the merits of the center
- Prepare informational packets for community stakeholder education
- Prepare monthly reports detailing educational initiatives
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or another health-related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred
- Experience developing community stakeholder assessments and education plans
- Clinical Director: 5 years (Required)
- Business development: 5 years (Required)

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Location and Work Arrangement
Location: Austin, Texas, onsite at the wound care and hyperbaric center. Work arrangement is in person.
Commute: Austin, TX 78704 is required.
Compensation
Annual salary: USD 75,000
