Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to champion business direction and implement changes needed to win and retain key accounts, aligning with cross-functional partners to enhance client experience.
Monitor and report sales performance by preparing regular updates on business development activities and results for senior leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for clinical business development and key account management in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
Experience in global sales with a diverse account base.
Familiarity with the environment supporting drug development through commercialization and understanding of common customer needs in this field.
Awareness of regulatory landscape, including regulatory bodies, compliance requirements, and changes in regulations to address client concerns.
Proven track record of success in similar roles with measurable results.
Strong customer relationship management abilities to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
Commercial acumen to identify and develop sales leads, present capabilities, navigate the sales process, and close deals.
Strong business intuition and critical thinking to translate strategies into profitability and growth.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet outcomes.
