Job Description

This staff-level role sits within Intuit's Credit Karma Insurance vertical, focusing on owning key carrier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving data-driven growth initiatives. The position is based onsite in Charlotte, NC, and calls for seven or more years of experience in business development or partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial and strategic negotiations with senior executives at key partners, acting as the primary trusted point of contact.
  • Apply rigorous business judgment to balance partner requests with Credit Karma Insurance's long-term goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meaningful business outcomes.
  • Design and champion data-driven strategic initiatives using advanced analytics to unlock new revenue streams and improve partner ROI.
  • Own the end-to-end execution roadmap for strategic partner initiatives, translating partner insights into successful, high-quality delivery through collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Seven plus years of experience in business development or partnerships; an MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A demonstrated passion for building great products and advancing Credit Karma's mission.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, able to operate with minimal supervision and develop thoughtful approaches to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing and synthesizing data to support strategies and communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, negotiations, and solutions with strategic partners; able to discern when to say no to partner requests.
  • Insurance industry experience is a bonus but not required.
