Responsibilities

  • Recruit a high-caliber sales team
  • Coach and develop sales professionals to peak performance
  • Build and sustain a top-performing sales force
  • Deliver in-person sales presentations to families and prospective clients
  • Lead occasional virtual sales presentations to the target market
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Inspire the team to convert leads provided at no cost

Requirements

  • Valid State Funeral Director license required (applies to most states)
  • Adherence to industry rules, regulations, and best practices
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to drive within designated territory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of compassion and integrity
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and using technology while meeting with families

Compensation

  • Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
  • Total compensation including base and commissions: $85,000 - $100,000+ with uncapped earning potential
