Carolina Restoration Group is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to expand its footprint in the Charlotte region. This hybrid role centers on spotting new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and crafting strategic plans that support bold growth goals. The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of sales prowess, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base and diversify revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that support growth initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational objectives
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Proven experience in in-person (face-to-face) sales; not solely conducted over the phone
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management
- Solid understanding of project management principles to coordinate cross-functional efforts effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
- In-person B2B sales experience: 2 years minimum (required)
- Construction sales experience: 2 years minimum (required)

Compensation
