Regional Sales Director - Mid-Atlanta
Job Description
Callaway Golf invites you to join as Regional Sales Director - Mid-Atlanta, based in the greater Charlotte area. This onsite leadership role guides the US regional sales team to expand distribution, drive revenue, profitability, and market share across all channels through strategic planning and a customer focused approach. You will shape market initiatives and collaborate with Head Golf Professionals and Callaway Staff Directors of Golf to align on growth. The position offers a salary range of USD 166,200 to 249,600 per year and requires a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize the sales structure to maximize results.
- Hire, train, coach and develop Sales Representatives.
- Use the Dashboard and performance evaluation tools to manage the performance of the Sales Representatives and ensure they are executing all key responsibilities according to standards.
- Drive the regional team to maximize distribution across all channels, categories, and product models.
- Lead the execution and delivery of sales objectives, aligned with company values, to support volume, profit and market share goals.
- Develop specific customer marketing and sales strategies to achieve short term and long term goals.
- Develop plans to achieve annual revenue goals within the region's sales budgets to meet profit contribution targets.
- Understand the marketplace and use insights to inform strategic decisions related to customer and consumer initiatives.
- Utilize reporting and analytics from various sources to maximize business in partnership with Head Golf Professionals and Callaway Staff Directors of Golf.
- Solicit market share insights and feedback and review daily sales analysis reports.
- Balance short term tasks with long term strategic initiatives.
