Responsibilities

Oversee agency relationships and serve as a primary resource and trainer for agency staff on Great West's offerings and procedures.

Cultivate and maintain connections with external associations and groups, sharing pertinent information about Great West.
Perform market-share analyses and projections to identify new agency partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Knowledge of insurance concepts, with exposure to the trucking sector preferred.
At least four years of experience in insurance marketing, agency production, sales, underwriting, or claims.
Strong communication, time-management, and relationship-building abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in product knowledge and insurance education programs such as AU, CPCU, CIC, CISR, CRM, STAR.
