Responsibilities
- Drive growth by cultivating new opportunities while sustaining existing relationships within the assigned territory for Grow Financial
- Oversee the indirect dealership network, ensuring effective management, training, and vendor support
- Monitor dealership portfolio performance and recommend risk mitigation actions
- Serve as a liaison between dealership vendors and Grow Financial business units
- Manage strategic account performance
- Analyze market data to inform strategy and reporting
- Generate regular reporting for the designated market area
- Support expansion into new markets and states, including overnight travel
- Assist with new hire training and participate in business-related conferences
- Meet or exceed KPIs established by management
- Service the Knoxville Market, including Knoxville, Chattanooga, and the Tri-Cities region (Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of successful B2B Account Management experience, including cold calling, prospecting, and training
- Two years of experience as an Indirect Dealer Account Manager I at Grow Financial
- Five years of experience in indirect lending, underwriting, auto industry sales, or an equivalent combination
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong time management, problem solving, and prioritization abilities
- Valid driver’s license required
- Residence in the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DealerTrack, RouteOne, and CRM systems
