Job Description
Enterprise SDR role at Global Payments Inc focuses on identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, driving pipeline growth, and connecting organizations with solutions in collaboration with Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing and industry experts to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise targets across key growth markets, expanding Global Payments footprint.
- Grow the sales pipeline with personalized outreach that links client challenges to technology solutions.
- Uncover business needs through thoughtful discovery conversations that reveal goals, technology priorities, and transformation opportunities.
- Influence strategic account growth by identifying decision makers, mapping buying processes, and creating momentum within complex organizations.
- Create high value opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives by delivering qualified meetings aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Contribute to market strategy by sharing insights on industry trends, competitive activity, and client challenges to shape future sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen account-based engagement by collaborating with sales and marketing to craft targeted outreach that increases conversion and pipeline performance.
- Leverage data, technology, and market intelligence to improve prospect engagement, optimize outreach, and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise technology, or hospitality technology environments.
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex business environments to create opportunities.
- Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills enabling meaningful business conversations.
- Capacity to clearly communicate value around operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining personalization.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools to drive pipeline growth and outcomes.
