Assistant Sales Store Manager

Metro by T-Mobile is seeking an Assistant Sales Store Manager to support day-to-day customer service and help drive retail sales performance in Dayton, OH. This full-time role supports store profitability by connecting customer needs with wireless devices, accessories, and available offers while working toward sales quotas.

In this position, you’ll be a primary point of contact in the store, answering questions, comparing products, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You’ll also support efficient store operations, including opening and closing, and maintain an organized, clean customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do

• Greet and direct customers throughout the store
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer questions about specific products and services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to help customers purchase
• Cross-sell products
• Meet sales targets for wireless devices and accessories
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay current on new products and services

What you bring

• Ability to manage opening and closing a store
• Responsibility for daily sales and customer service in a retail location
• Clean and organized work habits
• Positive attitude with willingness to promptly resolve customer issues or complaints
• Experience: Customer service (preferred, 1 year)
• Language: Spanish (preferred)

Compensation and schedule

• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year
• Work location: In person (onsite)
• Schedule: Flexible schedule
