Business Development Manager

Comfort Keepers is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives and strengthen its market presence in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL region. This role focuses on business strategy, active prospecting, deal negotiations, and coordinated execution across internal teams to support client onboarding and satisfaction.

Role Overview

In this onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens, you will develop and implement business development plans aligned with organizational objectives. You will also identify and pursue new opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, ensuring the sales process translates into strong customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and industry networking while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Lead negotiations and close deals effectively using strong sales negotiation skills and strategic management techniques.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, marketing, operations, and client services to support seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development management within home care, including a focus on enterprise selling and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, deal closing, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Proven track record of expanding client bases through innovative strategies and targeted outreach efforts.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience managing complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution.

Compensation

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
