Sales Business Development/Project Management for Sports Facilities

Sports Venue Padding, Inc. dba Artistic Coverings is a leading manufacturer of sports protective padding. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Business Development and Project Management professional to build accounts and manage large-scale sports facility projects for stadiums and arenas, as well as colleges and universities nationwide. This onsite role is based in Cerritos, CA and offers a base salary of $55,000 per year, plus a competitive commission and bonus plan, along with dental and health insurance and paid time off. You will drive account development and coordinate cross-functional teams to guide projects from inception to completion.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with targeted clients across stadiums, arenas, colleges and universities.
• Lead all aspects of sports facility projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and clear communication throughout all phases.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM and construction management software to develop detailed project estimates and allocate resources when appropriate.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and drive on-schedule delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales development, construction management, or project coordination on related infrastructure projects.
• Background in construction projects with solid knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM in client development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
• Technical selling experience: 2 years required.
