Sales Business Development/Project Management for Sports Facilities

Join Sports Venue Padding, Inc. dba Artistic Coverings in a sales and project management role serving sports facilities across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with targeted clients.
• Own technical sales and support business development efforts calling on sports stadiums/arenas, colleges, and universities nationwide.
• Manage sports facility projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate across clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to keep projects aligned.
• Maintain clear communication throughout all phases of each project.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the required background areas, including sports equipment sales, sports facilities sales, construction management, and technical selling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for client development.
• Familiarity with construction management software to support detailed project estimates and resource allocations would be very helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project implementation.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales development, construction management, or project coordination in related infrastructure projects.
• Experience selling athletic sports equipment is a plus.
• Background in construction project work with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong time management skills.

• Base Salary: $55,000.00 per year plus competitive commission and bonus plan
• Pay: from $55,000.00 per year
