Job Description

East Coast Title & Escrow is hiring a Business Development Representative to grow its business network across Florida through relationship-driven outreach.

Responsibilities

Expand the company network of REALTORS®, lenders, builders, attorneys, and investors throughout Florida
Build and maintain relationships by opening doors and expanding your market

Requirements

Outgoing, relationship-driven profile who enjoys networking and meeting new people
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a focus on business development and sales
Real estate or title industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

USD 45,000 - 200,000 per year
Excellent base salary
Generous, uncapped commission structure
