Responsibilities
- Lead pursuit of Tactical SIGINT opportunities aligned with the AIMS strategy to grow the domestic and international pipeline
- Serve as the business development lead for the ACS Submarket Segment P&L Director
- Execute New Business Updates aligned with AIMS and the New Business Review process
- Own Long Range Plan orders, co-develop with Finance & Business Operations, and execute with PMs and the Director
- Interface with industry to develop teaming strategies with small and large businesses; lead teaming actions per LM policies
- Represent AIMS on IPTs, working groups, campaigns, and cross-BA BD synchronization efforts
- Think strategically about the ACS markets with established customer relationships in US service components and international partners
- Support integration with other LM Business Areas to develop focused market strategies and long-range plans
- Partner with LMGA, Global BD & Strategy, CE&T, Corporate Treasury, and others as required
- Evolve the BD organization and develop leaders to sustain business area growth
- Identify, qualify, shape, and win new cyber opportunities
- Establish market-focused growth strategies and develop the new business pipeline
- Capture profitable and strategic new business and build strong internal and external teams
- Penetrate new and adjacent markets
- Focus on managing the ACS portfolio and supporting customer engagement through contact plans and customized engagements
Requirements
- 12+ years of business development, capture, or operational experience
- Strong technical and operational background in Signal Intelligence and Cyber Operations
- Understanding of the US Intelligence Community, military strategy, and select allied countries
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal guidance in a competitive environment
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- MPO teaming experience
- Prior experience managing people and resources
