Job Description

Lead the sales and marketing programs for The Vero at Bethlehem, an onsite residence in Bethlehem, PA, with responsibility for occupancy goals and community outreach.

Responsibilities

Increase community awareness by designing, implementing, and maintaining outreach initiatives for referral partners and local organizations.
Plan and execute lead-generation events in line with the approved event calendar.
Initiate contact, follow up, and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
Maintain occupancy targets within the budget and document all sales activity.
Take on additional duties as needed, including rotating Manager-On-Duty shifts and contributing to the 100 Hours / 100 Days program.
Maintain clear, effective communication with residents and staff.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum one year of sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or operations preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five or more years of industry experience in technical sales, business development, or consulting within environmental remediation, vapor intrusion mitigation, or related markets.
History of securing specifications and influencing technical decision-makers.
Solid understanding of vapor intrusion mitigation technologies, subsurface conditions, and regulatory drivers.
Experience collaborating with consulting engineers, environmental contractors, regulators, and owners.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel by air and road to attend trade shows, job sites, and other locations as needed.
Personal protective equipment may be required for site visits.
