Brookdale Senior Living Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager in Peoria, AZ (onsite) to help families and older adults move from initial interest to move-in. You will work closely with community leadership to plan and execute sales and marketing activities designed to support revenue and occupancy goals.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Guide older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside the community.
- Generate referral leads by partnering with local professionals and volunteers, including medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at meeting or exceeding community revenue and occupancy targets.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic documentation.

Compensation and eligibility details
- Most successful sales managers may earn membership and bonus opportunities in high-performance clubs: President’s Club, Chairman’s Club, and Chairman’s Club Elite.
- Base pay range will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
- Eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
- Temporary associates are not benefits eligible, but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
