Responsibilities

The role centers on identifying and growing the flowback equipment business in the Bakken region, managing client interactions from first contact through contract closure, and maintaining partnerships with operators, contractors, and field teams.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Bakken oil and gas market
Travel to well sites and client locations to foster relationships and win contracts
Apply expertise in flowback equipment and field operations to assess client needs
Lead sales opportunities from first contact through closing the deal
Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors, and field teams
Represent Syndicate Energy with emphasis on safety, professionalism, and reliability
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

Requirements

Applicants should have hands-on experience with flowback equipment and be comfortable working independently in field environments, with regular travel to job sites and client locations.

Experience with flowback equipment is required
Field experience in oil and gas is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently in field environments
Willingness to travel to job sites and customer locations regularly
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Residence in or near the Bakken region
