Job Description

G&G Garbage LLC offers a growth‑oriented regional sales role based in Watford City, North Dakota. We are a regional leader in portable toilets, solid waste disposal and septic services, serving communities across Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Our culture emphasizes safety, support, and exceptional customer service, and we provide training to help you succeed. This onsite role blends autonomy with team collaboration and offers a clear path to impact growth in a hands-on environment.

Compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, plus a competitive sales commission program. The exact salary will reflect experience, with opportunity for earnings through performance.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by retaining existing customers and developing new business.
  • Develop new customer leads through market and industry research, community involvement, industry meetings, customer references, and cold calls.
  • Serve existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily activities to call on current or potential sales outlets.
  • Coordinate with operations to identify prospects.
  • Periodically contact existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customer service regarding new orders, satisfaction, and status updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Conduct random internal quality checks for all platforms.
  • Review professional publications and expand personal networks.
  • Record customer contacts and sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Perform other related duties and report progress as assigned.

Requirements

  • Results oriented sales professional. Experience preferred, however training is provided to candidates who meet the listed criteria.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and sales plans.
  • Territory awareness.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Proven customer and client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Required).
  • Oil and gas industry experience is preferred (2 years).
  • Preferred candidates will have established connections within the oil and gas industry and a proven pipeline of potential customers to leverage for G&G Garbage.
