Job Description

Semperis is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to expand the company’s enterprise footprint across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas. In this hybrid role based in Tennessee, you will own net-new and expansion enterprise sales, building a pipeline through prospecting and partner engagement while steering opportunities through complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Reporting into the enterprise growth mission for the region, you will lead large, high-value deals end to end, develop executive-level relationships across security and identity stakeholders, and apply a structured qualification and forecasting approach to drive consistent outcomes.

What you’ll do

Own and execute Semperis’ large enterprise sales strategy across the region
Build, progress, and close complex enterprise opportunities
Develop trusted relationships across large enterprise accounts, including C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders in security, identity, infrastructure, and risk
Generate pipeline through direct prospecting, executive engagement, partner development, and market-making activities
Drive account strategy across both new-logo and expansion opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while coordinating with internal stakeholders
Work closely with channel and alliance teams to increase reach, influence, and coverage across the territory
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing to move opportunities forward
Lead discovery to connect customer challenges and business risks to Semperis solutions
Use a structured sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, for qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and forecast accuracy
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM hygiene
Represent Semperis at relevant industry events, customer forums, and executive engagements

What you bring

5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent technology solutions
Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity security, or adjacent cyber categories is a strong plus
A track record of winning complex enterprise deals, exceeding growth targets, and attaining quota consistently over multiple years
Ability to engage C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk
Strong prospecting, market development, and territory-planning capability
Proven ability to build and execute account-based and territory-based strategies
Technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to articulate business value and justify enterprise investment, not only product capability
Experience working within a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC experience is strongly preferred
Experience partnering closely with channel and strategic partners
High ownership and self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth or scale-up environment
Clear, credible, outcome-oriented communication style with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Based in Tennessee, with the ability and willingness to travel as needed across the territory

Join a remote role that foregrounds growth, development, and clear outcomes. At Aline, the Business Development Executive focuses on net-new logo acquisition in the Mid-Market segment, owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract. This is a quota-bearing role designed for autonomous Hunters who value coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and a platform built for long-term partnerships. Lead with insights by uncovering business triggers and conducting deep discovery to establish credibility and fit before presenting a solution.
Build a compelling business case by quantifying the financial impact of challenges and linking outcomes to our solution.
Orchestrate deal strategy as the deal pilot, working with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored demonstrations that prove value in each meeting.
Navigate buying committees by engaging stakeholders from operational leaders to executive sponsors to secure alignment.
Drive timelines proactively, using shared project plans to coordinate with buyers and progress procurement steps to maintain momentum.
Manage the business with accurate forecasts and a clean Salesforce pipeline based on objective milestones.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline by prospecting senior living operators through outbound outreach, meetings, calls, events, and strategic follow-ups.
Represent Aline in the market by traveling to conferences, trade shows, and client sites to cultivate relationships and generate pipeline.
Foster cross-functional partnerships across Customer Experience, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to ensure seamless engagement and deal progression.

Proven quota ownership with history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, or equivalent to assess deal health and spot risk early.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge a prospect's status quo to understand the cost of inaction.
