Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of an assigned portfolio, hitting quarterly targets and aligning team expectations.
- Collaborate across sales teams to foster a unified One Team approach that sustains customer relationships.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback; lead by example and advocate for customers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and work with product sellers through customer meetings, shadowing calls, and co-pitching to grow sales and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement scalable best practices across Google.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing; or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience leading a sales team or coaching sales professionals.
