Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona offers an in-person leadership opportunity in Flagstaff for an Automotive Sales Manager and Internet Director. Lead our digital sales and BDC operations, oversee inbound online inquiries, and direct an Internet Sales team to drive e-commerce, boost lead conversions, and increase showroom traffic. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and motivate Internet Sales Consultants and BDC Representatives to meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Lead Management & CRM Execution: Oversee the full digital lead pipeline, ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized follow-up on all online inquiries until a showroom visit is confirmed.
- Digital Merchandising & Marketing: Collaborate with dealership management to refine online vehicle listings, maximize internet visibility, and drive digital marketing efforts.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine best practices for lead handling, appointment-to-show ratios, and closing rates.
- Customer Retention: Ensure every digital guest experiences the elevated Mercedes-Benz service from initial digital contact through delivery.
Requirements
- Automotive Experience: Proven success in automotive internet sales, digital marketing, or BDC leadership; luxury brand experience preferred.
- Tech Savviness: Strong working knowledge of dealership CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and lead management software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of conveying a premium luxury experience through digital channels.
- Leadership Ability: Data-driven, strategic thinker who can troubleshoot performance issues and train staff on the sales floor.
