Compensation and benefits

Salary range: USD 70,000 - 180,000 per year. Philips supports total rewards that include generous paid time off, a 401(k) with up to a 7% match, an HSA with company contributions, a stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement. The exact base pay is determined by factors such as knowledge, experience, business needs, location, and equity considerations. Additional compensation such as incentives may be offered.

The Market Business Development Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring focuses on deal strategy, cross functional collaboration, and delivering an outstanding customer experience within Philips. The role is positioned as an individual contributor with regular leadership of cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for the Philips HPM Sales organization in a fiscally responsible and growth oriented way.
  • Serve as the primary contact and go to resource for deal management and strategy across HPM, CA&D, and Service sales. Provide collaboration, direction, and mentoring to the HPM sales support team and other departments.
  • Support commercial and service teams with all aspects of deal strategy, including competitive positioning, pricing, presentation strategy, and knowing when to bring in the right resources to close the deal.
  • Act as an individual contributor with frequent interaction and leadership of cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device solutions or sales operations space.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration, data driven decision making, presentation skills, portfolio activation and optimization, stakeholder management, and financial analysis and authorization capabilities.
  • Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Adaptability to evolving market needs and multiple stakeholders while maintaining a customer centric focus.

How we work together

We believe we are stronger together. Office based roles require in person collaboration, with on site presence three days per week for our teams. This is an office role, operating from Cambridge, MA.
