Sales Manager

Decatur Auto Group is hiring a Sales Manager to lead an onsite sales team in Decatur, TX and drive measurable revenue growth. This role centers on building practical sales strategies, improving team performance, and maintaining a strong client experience through consistent execution.

As Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales direction, track performance with data, and coordinate with other teams to keep promotions aligned with sales objectives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies designed to meet company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to find opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients while supporting high customer satisfaction.
• Run regular training sessions focused on customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
