Job Description

Mustang Creek Estates, a senior living community in Allen, Texas, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead all sales efforts onsite and drive census to 95 percent and beyond. In this role, you will oversee the move-in journey, build meaningful relationships with families and referral partners, and partner with leadership to ensure sales activities align with the community’s goals.

Responsibilities

Lead all sales efforts to achieve and maintain 95%+ census and revenue goals.
Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies that convert inquiries into move-ins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, prospects, and local referral partners.
Manage the entire move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families.
Partner with the Executive Director and marketing leadership to align sales activities with community goals.
Represent Mustang Creek Estates in the local community through outreach, presentations, and networking.

Requirements

Must have senior living sales experience (assisted living, memory care, or related).
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term referral relationships.
Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Skilled in time management, organization, and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); database/CRM experience a plus.

Job Description

Enterprise Sales Development Representative in Allen, TX (onsite) at Motorola Solutions, focused on prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, webinar coordination, and meeting sales objectives within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect new business and build relationships with key decision makers.
Understand customer needs and respond with appropriate solutions.
Track, document, and report account activity to enable visibility across the sales team.
Lead generation expertise to identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources including lists, discovery calls, and targeted research.
Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and Avigilon lead databases and resources as directed by the Inside Sales Manager, North America, sourced from sales, tradeshows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
Coordinate, promote, and lead webinars in the assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
Handle inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls to identify sales opportunities.
Maintain daily call and activity metrics to meet performance targets.
Collaborate with other members of the sales organization to support overall revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or 6+ months of sales experience.
Local to the Allen/Dallas area or willing to commute, as regular in-office presence is required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship is not available.
Travel requirement: Under 10% of the time.
Position type: Experienced.
