Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Enterprise Sales Development Representative in Allen, TX (onsite) at Motorola Solutions, focused on prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, webinar coordination, and meeting sales objectives within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Understand customer needs and respond with appropriate solutions.
- Track, document, and report account activity to enable visibility across the sales team.
- Lead generation expertise to identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources including lists, discovery calls, and targeted research.
- Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and Avigilon lead databases and resources as directed by the Inside Sales Manager, North America, sourced from sales, tradeshows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
- Coordinate, promote, and lead webinars in the assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Handle inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily call and activity metrics to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales organization to support overall revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 6+ months of sales experience.
- Local to the Allen/Dallas area or willing to commute, as regular in-office presence is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship is not available.
- Travel requirement: Under 10% of the time.
