Job Description

Outside sales territory role in Owensboro, KY focused on building relationships with small to medium business owners and securing Business Analyst Survey Agreements.

Responsibilities

Prepare for appointments provided the day prior by the assistant; keep travel local
Run 3 to 4 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium businesses
Market offerings and work toward securing a Business Analyst Survey Agreement
Share outcomes from each appointment by contacting the Business Coordinator with feedback and new lead opportunities
Review daily successes and challenges with the Sales Manager and request support as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years business ownership experience and/or 3 years face-to-face direct sales experience
High school or equivalent education
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; experience considered in place of a degree
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work with little or no supervision
Outgoing, relationship-driven approach, including experience developing rapport with business owners, presidents, and CEOs
Strong communication skills with excellent listening ability to uncover underlying client pain points
Ability to begin work immediately

Compensation & Incentives

Commission-only role with residual income and daily cash bonuses
$100,000 to $110,000 realistic first year earnings
Potential to earn high six-figure commissions

Job Description

The District Sales Manager position at Premium Retail Services is an onsite, field-focused leadership role responsible for driving wireless sales results across a defined set of retail locations. You will lead and develop a district sales team while using performance data to improve execution, staffing readiness, and day-to-day store operations in Owensboro, KY.

Role Overview

You will spend significant time in the field, conduct regular store visits, coach the district team, and oversee operational priorities such as scheduling, inventory, and cash controls. The role also includes recruiting and talent development efforts to keep stores staffed above target levels and positioned for sustainable performance.

Key Responsibilities

Visit stores regularly and remain visible in the field to guide the district team toward strong sales results
Drive recruiting and hiring strategies to maintain stores above target staffing levels, build a talent pipeline, and support bench readiness for growth
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store leaders to forecast staffing needs, reduce vacancies, and lower turnover through timely hiring and effective onboarding
Develop, mentor, and enable top talent through coaching and in-store demonstration focused on high-performance sales
Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and improve execution across the district
Oversee day-to-day operational execution, including scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising
Build relationships with store leaders and share market insights and recommendations with senior leadership
Lead with a customer-first mindset, making ethical, results-driven decisions and working alongside the team in stores

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years retail or sales experience preferred
3 years of multi-location sales management experience preferred
Positive mindset with willingness to learn and flexibility to support the team when needed, including evenings and weekends
Ability and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time to support stores and teams across the district
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple locations

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year, plus a monthly performance-based bonus.
