Automotive Sales Manager

Cannon Nissan of Moss Point is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead dealership sales and finance operations for the 2026 sales team. This onsite role focuses on team leadership, goal execution, deal closing support, and inventory management in an automotive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and oversee day-to-day sales operations.
• Manage complex Sales and Finance operations alongside the attached management and sales staff.
• Desk deals, arrange financing, and support the process to close sales.
• Set, plan, track, and meet established sales and performance goals.
• Manage and oversee inventory.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in an automotive retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex Sales and Finance operations along with management and sales staff.
• Excellent communication skills with a transformational leadership style.
• Previous Sales and Finance management experience.
• Current experience and ability to desk deals, arrange financing, and close the deal.
• Ability to set, plan, track, and meet established goals.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organization and clear direction.
• Inventory management experience.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Diagnostic abilities with a strong focus on identifying and solving process issues.
• Personal and professional references supporting experience and performance.

Preferred

• Toyota experience is a plus.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Salary: Up to USD 300,000 per year.
• Job type: Full-time.
• Schedule: Five-day work week.
• Work location: Onsite (in person), Moss Point, MS.
