Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics

The Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics is a field-based role focused on promoting Allergan Aesthetics' facial aesthetics portfolio and driving product adoption among targeted aesthetic customers within the Orlando, Florida region. The role emphasizes consultative selling to support portfolio growth across BOTOX Cosmetic, the JUVÉDERM collection of fillers, and KYBELLA.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, including BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM fillers, and KYBELLA brands, through targeted outreach and consultative selling.
• Collaborate with cross-portfolio partners and internal support teams to coordinate activities and maximize synergies.
• Ensure timely completion of required reporting, requests, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with B2B2C experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing principles and concepts, plus familiarity with the operations of a physician practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a proven record of driving sales execution and providing effective consultative support; solid problem solving and ability to develop and execute key strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; strong contract and negotiation abilities; budgeting experience.
• Ability to travel and be in the field four days per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with other essential software tools.

Salary: USD 78,500 to 141,000 per year
