Job Description
Elite Professional Providers, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development to expand the company’s presence in the Nebraska post-acute market. This role will drive multispecialty clinical service contracts with long-term care facilities while building a regional team to support sustainable growth across the territory.
Role Summary
In this Director of Business Development position for Nebraska, you will execute a high-growth strategy to launch and solidify the company’s brand within the SNF and ALF landscape. The role focuses on developing clinical service contracts, expanding regional coverage, and strengthening operational execution through hiring and team build-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high-growth strategy to establish the company’s brand presence in Nebraska while navigating regional healthcare trends and competitor landscapes.
- Use existing relationships and your book of business to build trust and close contracts with facility administrators, executive directors, and regional owners across the Nebraska long-term care network.
- Identify, interview, and hire clinical liaisons and regional support staff required for flawless operations as the territory expands.
- Present an integrated, all-in-one patient care approach that supports improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiency for facilities.
- Manage the full business development pipeline, from initial outreach and discovery meetings through contract negotiation and facility onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, established relationships with SNF and ALF leadership in Nebraska are highly preferred to enable immediate market impact.
- 3–5 years of successful business development experience specifically within the post-acute or long-term care sector.
- Proven experience in recruitment and team management, including the ability to lead and scale a regional team.
- A strong desire to advance into executive leadership (VP level) as the company continues multi-state expansion.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 75% to support facility relationships and growth across Nebraska.

Oakland, NE (remote)
Compensation
USD 75,000 - 200,000 per year (yearly). Competitive base salary is listed as $80,000 – $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
