E-Commerce Business Development with Experience in online sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand Acme International's Walmart Marketplace operations.
• Assess the product catalog and advise which items to offer online.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Walmart Marketplace listings.
• Create compelling product titles, descriptions, and content.
• Collect, organize, and enhance product images for web use.
• Monitor listing health, sales performance, and marketplace metrics.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
• Keep product content, digital assets, and image libraries up to date.
• Support image hosting and product content management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Walmart Marketplace experience are required.
• Proven ability to create and optimize Walmart Marketplace listings.
• Strong writing and product content development skills.
• Excellent Excel, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record of identifying marketplace opportunities and managing projects independently.
• Experience partnering with sales, design, and customer service to align marketing with objectives.
• Digital marketing background with a focus on e-commerce growth strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for site optimization.
• Expertise in conversion optimization, including A/B testing and UX improvements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for campaigns across major platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills for compelling product descriptions and marketing messages.
• Understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies and performance marketing basics.

Compensation

• USD 55,000 – 65,000 per year
