Founding Studio Sales Manager
Job Description
The Founding Studio Sales Manager will help launch and scale The TOX Technique in Brentwood, TN by overseeing studio operations and owning revenue growth in a luxury, high-accountability environment. This is an onsite, full-time role focused on pre-sale membership strategy, lead management, and building a high-performing team.
Location and Work Setup
- Location: Brentwood, TN (onsite)
- Work style: In person

- Hours: Average 40 hours/week (hours may vary during pre-sale and launch as needed)
Compensation
- Hourly pay: USD 22 per hour
- Pay range: $22 and up per hour, commensurate with experience
- Compensation note: Compensation begins at $22/hour, commensurate with experience
Role Focus
Responsible for overseeing studio operations and driving revenue while leading a high-performing team in a luxury service setting. Own pre-sale membership growth, lead capture and lead flow (nurture and close), establish community partnerships, recruit, hire, and develop staff, and support a launch with momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sale strategy to hit founding membership goals
- Capture, nurture, and close leads with urgency
- Recruit, hire, and develop studio staff
- Build a high-accountability, high-energy team culture
- Manage and own studio operations by running reports and analyzing metrics on key performance indicators including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll
- Drive local partnerships, pop-ups, and brand events
- Deliver a premium client experience every day
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum experience: 2+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven membership sales or revenue-driven track record
- Pre-sale or new location launch experience preferred
- Strong sales leader with the ability to build relationships and close deals
- Community-oriented, high energy, and self-directed
- Organized, systems-driven, and financially accountable
- 2+ years of management experience in beauty, spa, or hospitality
- Experience managing in a high-end or luxury service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Experience with booking platforms (Mindbody preferred)
- A positive, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- If you do not have documented sales and leadership experience, you will not be considered for this role
