Sales Manager

Adriana's Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to help run day-to-day office operations while leading a sales team toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets. This on-site role in San Gabriel, CA supports team performance, customer experience, and company initiatives.

The position combines sales leadership with operational responsibilities, including staffing coordination, onboarding support, and assistance with closing sales. Compensation starts at USD 70,304 per year, with performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to earn more than $150k yearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to maintain peak efficiency
• Lead and support a sales team to drive daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Coordinate employee scheduling and staff assignments for maximum productivity
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote client satisfaction
• Collaborate with regional and upper management to implement company strategies
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new hires
• Maintain supplies and office equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with closing sales

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto insurance, personal lines insurance, insurance sales, or an insurance brokerage environment (preferred but not required)
• Prior sales leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Sales-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); Spanish is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems

Schedule

• Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday

Pay

• Starting $70,304 yearly plus bonuses
• Ability to earn more than $150k yearly
• Pay listed as $70,304.00 per year
