Milwaukee, WI on-site Jr. Sales Development Representative role with The Ranger Group.

Initiate new accounts by engaging engineering managers and directors
Cultivate relationships that lead to placing project-based engineering consultants
Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to deliver top engineering talent and ensure client satisfaction
Expand accounts over time from single groups to multi-department partnerships
Prospect and reach national mid-size and large engineering targets
Secure introductory and follow-up meetings with engineering leadership (Managers/Directors of Embedded Software, Hardware, Mechanical, QA/Validation, Manufacturing)
Lead client discovery discussions to understand project needs, hiring gaps, and resourcing challenges
Partner with internal recruiters to match candidates to client needs, present profiles, and drive interview and onboarding processes
Maintain ongoing client relationships, delivering quality outcomes and opening doors to adjacent departments or functions

0–2 years of B2B sales experience
Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with executives over the phone and in person
Self-motivated with a structured prospecting plan and a consistent weekly cadence
Coachable, resilient, and driven to meet measurable goals
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
