Assisting Hands Home Care seeks an independent and results-driven Business Development and Sales professional to drive rapid growth in the Greater Milwaukee area. This on-site role focuses on expanding the client base, fostering referral-source relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to accelerate growth for the home care agency. The position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 200,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Design targeted outreach campaigns that effectively promote home care services.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations to drive referrals and partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage interactions with referral sources, nurture leads, and analyze sales data.
- Convert leads into contracted clients through phone and in-person consultations, assessing each situation to guide clients to suitable solutions.
