Business Development Specialist

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Business Development Specialist - Healthcare to help expand its reach in the Pearl River, NY area. This onsite role centers on finding new opportunities, strengthening relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, and working alongside the therapy team to translate market insights into client solutions.

The position supports growth for an organization dedicated to delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism, with a focus on building a smooth and successful therapy experience for both children and families.

Role Summary

In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities while conducting market research and strategic planning. You will also collaborate with the therapy team to develop solutions that align with client needs, and you will maintain thorough records and reporting to track progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other business partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry
• Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop solutions to meet the needs of clients
• Provide exceptional service to clients by ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking progress and outcomes

Location and Compensation

• Location: Pearl River, NY (onsite)
• Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
