Sales Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead a real estate sales team in Milwaukee, focusing on coaching agents, converting online leads, and building a high-growth, high-performance organization under the direct leadership of Kris Lindahl.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an agent to review the pipeline, audit the CRM, listen to calls, and immediately determine what needs to change.
- Identify gaps in a sales process within five minutes.
- Coach agents on overcoming objections that previously hindered conversions.
- Set, uphold, and inspire a standard that motivates team members to strive for excellence.
- Act as a galvanizer who elevates energy, builds a sense of community, and fosters a culture where team members arrive early to seize opportunities.
- Draw out high performance in individuals who may not yet realize their potential.
- Push for results with care, ensuring the team senses both accountability and support.
- Demonstrate recruiting capabilities and the ability to retain top talent.
- Establish elite-performance standards and enforce them without apology.
- Model continuous personal development and maintain a relentless pace of growth to lead by example.
- Experience recruiting agents, training them, and coaching through challenging deals, including difficult conversations.
- Work directly with Kris Lindahl on a daily basis to build and lead one of the most aggressive, high-growth real estate sales organizations.
- Own the numbers, set the standard, read the room, and steer the team proactively before moments pass.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales (required).
- Ability to commute to Saint Paul, MN 55113 (required).
- Real lead conversion experience at scale.
- Knowledge of real estate and how to convert online leads.
- Strong leadership skills.

Compensation
Annual compensation range: USD 150,000.00 to 300,000.00.
