Sales Manager

Land Rover Paramus is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class car-buying experience for customers at every stage of the sales journey
• Provide expert guidance to help customers select the right vehicle, with strong knowledge of available products and services
• Keep the sales team motivated and properly trained
• Set sales goals based on individual skill levels and monitor progress
• Maintain an appealing showroom that supports customer interest
• Support dealership growth and personal career development by setting monthly and annual Sales Department goals with the General Manager
• Report on progress against monthly and annual goals

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable approach with a positive team-player attitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proven sales management leadership experience
• At least 2 years of automotive retail management experience
• At least 2 years of automotive retail sales experience
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Compensation

• Expected pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
• Compensation structure: commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
