Sales Manager - Wireless
Job Description
Build revenue with a Wireless team while leading from the front. Premium Retail Services provides training and ongoing support so you can help customers make confident choices on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions. You will manage a Wireless Sales Pros team across 3-4 retail locations in Corpus Christi, TX (onsite), with a compensation package designed for performance: $45,000–$50,000 per year plus a monthly performance-based bonus and commission.
What you’ll do
- Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, including recruitment, coaching, and development to meet sales and business goals.
- Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Serve as a player-coach by modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices that elevate team performance.
- Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
- Maintain professionalism and strong work ethic while fostering collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
How training works
You will be taught everything needed to succeed in wireless, including plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.
What you bring
- 2 years of sales experience with a track record of consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- A natural interest in all things wireless is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Proven ability in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
