Job Description

BAO is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a hybrid position (three days in the office, two days remote) to engage senior decision-makers, prospect target accounts, and collaborate with field sales to generate pipeline with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

Initiate engagement with senior decision-makers at target accounts
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted accounts, typically 150–200+ calls per day
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and spark interest
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for field sales teams
Work closely with client sales teams to align efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year in a customer-facing role (internships included) preferred
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation

Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential
