Job Description

BAO is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a hybrid position (three days in the office, two days remote) to engage senior decision-makers, prospect target accounts, and collaborate with field sales to generate pipeline with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate engagement with senior decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted accounts, typically 150–200+ calls per day
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients and spark interest
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for field sales teams
  • Work closely with client sales teams to align efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role (internships included) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation

Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential
