Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Bilingual Chinese/English)

NT Development is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist who can harmonize Mandarin and English communications to bolster branding, events, and client relationships from its Norwood, MA offices. This onsite role blends content creation, event coordination, and business development to support growth across markets. The position offers a base salary in the 40,000 to 70,000 per year range, plus a commission-based structure and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate content for NT Development's social channels, including WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu (RED), video channels, the website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Produce bilingual marketing materials in Chinese and English, such as project descriptions, promotional content, newsletters, and press releases.
• Create presentations, brochures, and branding assets to support marketing efforts.
• Contribute to branding initiatives and enhance market visibility.
• Assist with planning and executing investment seminars, real estate summits, networking events, project open houses, business dinners, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, manage guest registrations, oversee on-site operations, and handle post-event follow-up.
• Support ongoing post-event engagement and client interactions.
• Represent the company at industry and networking events.
• Support business development efforts by identifying prospective clients and investors.
• Build and maintain client databases and nurture long-term relationships.
• Follow up on client needs and coordinate internal resources to provide effective support.
• Maintain relationships with partners, associations, media, and the local community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; all majors welcome.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and common business software.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
