Document every visit and maintain records of firm relationships so your territory opportunities are visible to the broader team
Develop territory growth through repeat contact, since most firm relationships require multiple visits before turning into real business
Identify and prioritize new opportunities within your territory

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B business development, sales, or field/outside marketing experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, as this role requires regular in-person visits to law firms
Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule, pipeline, and territory
Strong communication skills with a track record of building trust with attorneys, case managers, and law firm office staff
Experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or insurance is a major plus, but not required
Willingness to complete required training (in-office and/or remote) as part of onboarding and ongoing development

Benefits

Mileage reimbursement for field travel
Company card for law-firm-facing business development spend
Health insurance
PTO with 90-day vesting
Paid training (in-office and remote)
