Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store profits and hit sales targets with strategic leadership
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve high performance
• Recruit, hire, and onboard employees, including difficult decisions
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
• Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
• Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
• Partner with trainers to onboard new hires
• Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the same from the team
• Maintain clear communication within the Alliance Mobile community
• Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management experience leading teams
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
• Comfort with technology including computers and wireless devices
