Business Development Associate

WizardQuant 宽德投资 is hiring a Business Development Associate based in its New York, NY office. This onsite role supports the growth of its global trading operations, combining relationship-building with market-facing execution across exchanges and asset classes. If you enjoy turning market insight into action and working closely with business and trading leaders, this position offers a direct path to expanding trading partnerships and supporting new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and trading leaders to identify new business opportunities and support company growth, including managing project development with key stakeholders
• Lead the strategic workflow from introduction to integration, and help manage ongoing exchange relationships
• Drive client relationships domestically and internationally and serve as the first point of contact for key clients
• Analyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholders
• Keep product and sales materials updated so they remain focused for each presentation, conference, or opportunity
• Maintain productive partner relationships by resolving business, policy, and technical issues

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• In-depth knowledge in finance
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, handle complex issues, and work independently with a flexible schedule
• Excellent written and verbal communication plus strong networking skills
• Experience with analyzing and assessing market data
• Self-starter who actively advances the team’s business goals
• Ability to bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Management skills with strong negotiation and contract skills
• Detail oriented

Compensation and Location

Pay: USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year.
