Job Description

The Debt Settlement Sales Manager / Trainer will lead a high-volume debt settlement sales floor in Beverly Hills, overseeing training, coaching, KPI management, and process improvements to scale revenue for EasyFinance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training for new sales reps on scripts, rebuttals, sales process, CRM usage, and closing strategy
  • Coach existing reps to improve close rates, refine talk tracks, enhance follow-up habits, and overall performance
  • Monitor calls and provide direct feedback
  • Assist in managing daily sales floor activity, KPIs, attendance, and accountability
  • Improve conversion rates from qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping of new reps
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales scripts, processes, compensation plans, and reporting
  • Keep reps motivated, disciplined, and focused on production
  • Ensure reps are selling ethically and following company guidelines

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Floor Manager, or Team Lead
  • Strong phone sales background
  • Debt settlement experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing closers or high-ticket sales reps
  • Ability to train reps from beginner level to high-performing closer
  • Comfortable reviewing call recordings and giving direct feedback
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, close rates, follow-up, pipeline management, and rep accountability
  • Experience with CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work in person from our Beverly Hills office
  • Early start availability is preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Debt settlement sales management
  • Debt Pay Pro or similar CRM experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience building training programs
  • Experience scaling a sales floor
  • Experience with inbound lead sales, financial services, or call center environments

Compensation

$100,000+ per year plus performance-based bonuses. Compensation will depend on experience, leadership ability, and proven track record. Bonuses may be based on team performance, rep production, revenue growth, and other sales floor KPIs.
