Insurance Sales Manager

Lead insurance sales growth and build a high-performing team in a hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Source, attract, interview, and select quality individuals to join your team and Colonial Life
• Run field training and conduct joint field work with your agency team
• Oversee sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales agents
• Support B2B employee benefits sales activities and manage business accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and other decision makers
• Support a corporate culture focused on high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun
• Develop and maintain broker relationships

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience building and leading a team of independent sales agents
• Recruiting experience
• Insurance sales experience
• Life & Accident/Health Insurance License: not required to apply, but must be willing to obtain
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate sales teams

• Salary range: USD 95,000 - 105,000 per year
