Job Description
West Bend Harley-Davidson in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales operations. The role centers on growing motorcycle, financing and insurance (F&I), and accessory sales while coaching and developing the sales team to deliver strong customer experiences. This onsite leadership position requires a proven ability to drive results in a retail motorcycle environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Drive motorcycle, F&I, and accessory sales performance
- Create and execute sales strategies to exceed dealership goals
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and dealership culture
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales processes
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Requirements
- Management experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid motorcycle endorsement required

Pay
USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
Experience
- Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)
- H-D Sales Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Motorcycle License (Required)
- WI Sales License (Preferred)
