Job Description

Hands-on Sales Manager role in Goose Creek, SC, onsite with Home Genius Exteriors.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach the sales team; conduct training sessions and workshops
  • Lead weekly performance meetings, monitor results, and drive quota attainment
  • Provide field coaching through ride-alongs and in-field support
  • Offer regular coaching, constructive feedback, and formal performance reviews
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company objectives

Requirements

  • One-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (required)
  • Minimum 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in sales management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year
  • On Target Earnings: USD 250,000 - 400,000+ plus weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses
  • Employment Type: Full-time, weekends required
