Hands-on Sales Manager role in Goose Creek, SC, onsite with Home Genius Exteriors.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and coach the sales team; conduct training sessions and workshops
- Lead weekly performance meetings, monitor results, and drive quota attainment
- Provide field coaching through ride-alongs and in-field support
- Offer regular coaching, constructive feedback, and formal performance reviews
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company objectives
Requirements
- One-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (required)
- Minimum 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in sales management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

- Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year
- On Target Earnings: USD 250,000 - 400,000+ plus weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses
